2/20: The result is....

TM Kurosu won First Prize, TM Cho won Second Prize, TM Tatsui won Third Prize in our In House Speech Contest for 2010 International Contest. TM Kurosu will advance to the next stage, Area 11 Speech Contest at Hachioji on April 11th.

11/14, 15: District 76 Fall Conference 2009

District 76 held Fall Conference 2009 at Workpia Yokohama on November 14th, 15th. Fall Conference includes workshops by various excellent presenters centering with communication and leadership skills, and District Tall Tales Speech Contest. Our Immediate Past President TM Hisamatsu delivered a keynote speech "What I Learned from Top-Speakers in International Speech Contest." 10/18: Area 11 Tall Tales Speech Contest at Fussa Air Base

Sunrise Toastmasters Club Successfully Co-Hosted Area 11 Tall Tales Speech Contest with Fussa Speakers Toastmasters Club. Also, our Representative from Sunrise Toastmasters Club, TM Tatsui, competed at the Area 11 Tall Tales Speech Contest. Although our representative TM Tatsui couldn't advanced to Division Contest, his performance was one of the best at the contest!

8/1: The Bon Voyage Party for TM Hisamatsu, All Japan (Distrct 76) Speech Constest Champion, in Tokyo!

Many members of Sunrise TMC joined Bon Voyage Party for TM Hisamatsu, All Japan (District 76) Speech Contest Champion, at Hatoyama Kaikan, Tokyo. More than 50 members from different Toastmasters Clubs participated to this event. TM Hisamatsu performed 2 speeches which she prepared for the interdistrict and international speech contest. The 2009 International Convention will be held on August 12th to 15th 2009 in Mashantucket, Connecticut, USA.;
